Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything or hold a membership to enter or to win.

Who can enter

You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK. One entry per email address, which we enforce when the entry is recorded. Employees of RETAILSCOUT LTD and their households cannot enter.

The prizes are longer free trials on a first retailscout membership. If you have been a member before you are welcome to enter, but the standard trial applies to you and a prize will not extend it.

The prizes and the odds

Every spin wins one of three:

• 14-day free trial, 90% of spins
• One month free, 5% of spins, while this month's pool of 100 lasts
• Three months free, 5% of spins, while this month's pool of 25 lasts

Each prize is a longer free trial of retailscout, not a discount, cash or a physical item.

How many of each prize are available

Up to 100 one-month prizes and 25 three-month prizes in each calendar month. When a pool is used up, spins that would have won it win the 14-day free trial instead, and the wheel keeps paying that for the rest of the month.

How the winner is decided

At random, on our server, at the moment you enter. The result is fixed before the wheel finishes turning, and nothing in your browser can change it.

Claiming

Your prize is claimed by starting your membership with the link we show you, within 30 days. After that it expires. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. You start the trial at checkout, where a card is taken as it is for any trial, and you can cancel before it ends and pay nothing.

If you already have a longer trial

Prizes do not add to other offers: you keep whichever trial is longer. A prize applies to your first retailscout membership; if you have been a member before, the standard trial applies.

Your email address

We use it to record your entry, to make sure one person cannot enter twice, and to send you your prize link. Entry never depends on agreeing to marketing. If you tick the box we will also send the weekly finds report and occasional product news, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our privacy policy.

General

We may end or change this promotion if we have to, for example if it is abused or if something outside our control stops us running it. Anything already won stays honoured. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
