Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
retailscout is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months already started.
- If you were charged in error, or experienced a technical fault that prevented use, contact us and we’ll put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we allow a short grace period and one retry. If payment still fails, the subscription is cancelled and access ends; you can resubscribe at any time.
